Not everything warrants a long blog piece or full-blown article! In these pages, I’ll link to lots of short one-liners which explain how to achieve something in Linux.
Since I use Scientific Linux 6.1 on my desktop, laptop, netbook and servers, I can only guarantee that these one-liners will work in that specific environment (64-bit, too). But chances are they’ll work fine in Centos 6.x and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.x, as well -though I make no guarantees. Outside of those distros and versions, all bets are off… but good luck if they apply!
